These are things we already know about — no need to report them. If you hit something not on this list, that's valuable.
iPhone and iPad screen sharing doesn't work
HighApple does not allow getDisplayMedia in any iOS browser — this is an OS-level restriction. Use a laptop or desktop for full monitoring. The student flow still works on iOS for tab-switching and face presence signals.
Camera and face detection can be slow to load on weak connections
MediumMediaPipe streams from a CDN and can take up to 60–75 seconds on a slow 3G connection. On a typical school WiFi or broadband connection it loads in under 10 seconds. We're exploring self-hosting the model.
Occasional duplicate or false-positive flags
MediumThe confidence thresholds for face absence and audio events are still being tuned. Review all flags with judgment — a flag is a signal to investigate, not a verdict.
Best experience is on desktop Chrome
LowFirefox and Safari work for the core flow but have minor visual issues. Mobile browsers are not fully tested. We recommend Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop for now.
Billing and upgrade are disabled during Alpha
InfoEvery feature is free during the Alpha. Paid tiers are in the UI but checkout is not active yet.
